Reporting to the Senior Administrator, the Project Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily tasks associated with the day to day activities of our onsite office. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• JDE site timekeeping and audit process of daily timesheets

• New/rehire on/off-boarding, rad data info preparation, set up of OPG training requirements for employees as required

• Correlation of safety documents – Site inspections, O&C’s documented

• General administration of JDE and report generation

• Assist with project estimates, forecasts, schedules, and budgets

• Assist with change requests and tracking of delays

• WIP report and cost summary generation

• Maintain IGS Oncore account

• Client Invoicing

• Assist with accounts payable and expense reports

• Tracking of employee hours worked

• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude

• Document Control

• Oversee Job Clock

• Preparation of Productivity Reports

• Key in, edit, proofread and finalize correspondence, reports, statements, invoices, forms, presentations and other documents, from notes or dictaphone, using computers

• Maintain electronic file storage

• Provide general information to clients and the public

• Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing

• Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases

• Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically

• Send and receive messages and documents using fax machine or electronic mail

• May sort, process and verify applications, receipts, expenditures, forms and other documents

• Assist with attendance sheets and training for those who are not cleared to enter the plant / to be assigned a supervisor.

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Candidates with in-depth knowledge and engagement experience with Indigenous communities strongly preferred.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Completion of secondary school.

• Completion of a college program in Business Administration is an asset

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in an office environment is an asset.


SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• A Nuclear Security Clearance must be achieved for employment on site
